Joe Kessie, now retired from Lake City Bank, Warsaw, IN, receives a plaque of special recognition and thanks from Kathy Reinhardt, CPA, president of the Farm Financial Standards Council. She cited Kessie’s years of being the official representative from the American Bankers Association and co-chair of the Council’s finance committee. Kessie is easing himself off roles in both positions in order to make way for a new ABA representative. Kessie has served in both capacities for over 15 years. The presentation was made during the Council’s annual conference held in Moline, IL the last week of July.
